Production Lead Time

• All custom extension orders are handcrafted and tailored to your unique specifications.

• Please allow 10–14 business days for production. This includes sourcing, customization, and quality assurance.

• During peak seasons or promotional events, production may take up to 15–18 business days. We will notify you of any delays in advance.

Shipping & Delivery

• Once your order has been completed, it will be shipped via your selected delivery method.

• Standard shipping: 3–5 business days

• Expedited shipping: 1–2 business days (available at checkout for an additional fee)

• You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Rush Orders

• Need it sooner? Rush production is available for an additional fee. Rush orders are completed within 5–7 business days and shipped via expedited delivery.

• Please contact us directly prior to ordering to confirm availability.

Local Pickup

• Local pickup is available at CS Hair Studio – Columbia, MD.

You will be notified once your order is ready for pickup.

Important Notes

• All timelines are based on business days (Monday–Friday) and exclude weekends and holidays.

• Custom orders are non-refundable once production has begun.
